Requirements
- LCSW or MFT license in California (or associate with supervision available)
- Bilingual Spanish required for this site
- Agricultural worker or rural community health experience a strong plus
- Brief intervention, warm handoff, and integrated BH model experience
- Flexible — after-hours urgent care collaboration occasionally needed
