Requirements
- CHW certification or 2+ years community health outreach
- Spanish or Cantonese language skills preferred
- Knowledge of Alameda County social services, Medi-Cal enrollment, housing resources
- Valid CA driver's license
- Lived experience in a Tri-Valley immigrant or low-income community a plus
