Pediatric NP at School Health Clinics of Santa Clara County — FQHC-designated school-based health centers embedded in San Jose public schools. Serve low-income students with acute care, chronic disease management, mental health screening, and immunizations. Bilingual strongly preferred for East San Jose communities.
Requirements
- PNP or FNP with pediatric experience; California license required
- School-based health center or pediatric FQHC experience preferred
- Multilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese) for East San Jose student population
- Adolescent health, EPSDT, and immunization experience
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible
