Requirements
- CHW certification or health education background
- Bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese required for East San Jose school communities
- Youth and adolescent health outreach experience
- Familiarity with Santa Clara County school and social service systems
- Cultural competency with Latino and Vietnamese immigrant families
