About the Role
Integrated BH clinician at St. Jude Neighborhood Health Centers' Orange County FQHC. Co-located in primary care under PCMH model. Serve diverse OC communities including Latino, Vietnamese, and other immigrant populations.
Requirements
- LCSW or MFT license in California (or registered intern with supervision)
- FQHC-integrated BH or co-located behavioral health experience
- Bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese preferred
- Trauma-informed care, brief CBT, and warm handoff model
- Epic EHR documentation; training provided
