NP specializing in gender-affirming care at West County Health Centers' Gender Expansive Services Clinic in rural western Sonoma County (Guerneville/Russian River Valley). 65% patients at/below 200% FPL. LGBTQ+-affirming practice in a historically welcoming community. NHSC eligible.
Requirements
- FNP license in California required
- GAHT (gender-affirming hormone therapy) experience or training required
- LGBTQ+ affirming care competency required; Trans health experience strongly preferred
- HIV/AIDS and PrEP management experience a plus
- athenahealth EHR; training provided. Comfort with rural FQHC setting.
