Requirements
- Medical Assistant certification or equivalent clinical training
- LGBTQ+ culturally competent and affirming — required for this community
- Phlebotomy and basic clinical skills
- athenahealth EHR training provided
- Bilingual Spanish a plus for the broader Sonoma County patient population
