Requirements
- CADC or LAADC certification required; LCSW or MFT a plus
- Harm reduction, adolescent, and family systems experience preferred
- LGBTQ+ affirming required — significant LGBTQ+ patient population
- School-based substance use program experience a plus
- Rural community health comfort — serve Sebastopol, Occidental, Forestville
