NP at The WeCare Group serving the remote Trinity County community of Mad River and surrounding areas with 3 FQHC sites. Full-spectrum primary care for a small, geographically isolated frontier population — including ranching families, rural elders, and tribal members — in one of California's most remote counties.
Requirements
- Active California NP license and DEA
- Family NP certification with full-scope rural practice experience
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — Trinity County HPSA (maximum award)
- Comfort with autonomous practice in frontier settings
- Emergency triage experience given remote location
