Eisner Health, legally known as Pediatric and Family Medical Center, is a nonprofit FQHC founded in 1920 in Los Angeles that serves over 40,000 patients annually across six or more sites in Downtown LA, Lynwood, Panorama City, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, and school-based clinics. The organization's 450-person staff provides full life-cycle care including prenatal, labor and delivery, pediatrics, dental, behavioral health, optometry, dermatology, pharmacy, and case management.
