CMS published the CY 2027 Physician Fee Schedule proposed rule (CMS-1848-P) with a comment period closing September 14, 2026; comments are submitted through regulations.gov. The rule also carries proposed Medicare Shared Savings Program changes and a Request for Information on primary care capitated payment within MSSP.
