About the Role
Lead clinic operations for AltaMed's Huntington Beach site, overseeing clinical staff, quality metrics, and FQHC compliance as part of one of California's largest FQHC networks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field; Master's preferred
5+ years of clinic management experience in an FQHC or community health setting
Proven track record with HEDIS/UDS quality improvement initiatives
Experience with OCHIN Epic and FQHC billing/compliance
