About the Role
Provide clinical leadership for AltaMed's geriatric care program serving LA County's aging PACE and senior health populations, supervising a multidisciplinary care team and driving quality outcomes.
Requirements
MD or DO with California medical license; board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
Geriatrics fellowship or significant geriatric care experience preferred
PACE or home-based primary care experience a plus
NHSC loan repayment eligible site — up to $50K/year tax-free
