About the Role
Deliver comprehensive primary care at AltaMed's Paramount clinic, managing a panel of 1,400+ patients with a focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, and HEDIS performance.
Requirements
MD or DO with current California license; Family Medicine or Internal Medicine board certification
FQHC experience and familiarity with PPS encounter-based billing
Spanish language skills preferred for patient population
NHSC loan repayment eligible — AltaMed qualifies as HPSA designated site
