About the Role
Oversee daily operations at AltaMed's Pico Rivera clinic, managing staff, patient flow, quality metrics, and Medi-Cal compliance in one of LA's most active safety-net sites.
Requirements
3+ years clinic management experience in FQHC or safety-net setting
Experience with HEDIS quality measures and PCMH standards
Spanish bilingual required — predominantly Spanish-speaking patient community
Knowledge of PPS billing, HRSA UDS reporting, and Medi-Cal managed care
