About the Role
Provide integrated behavioral health services within AltaMed's primary care setting, delivering brief interventions, case management, and crisis support under the CalAIM ECM program.
Requirements
LCSW or LMFT with current CA license; BH integration or co-located experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English required — predominant patient population is Spanish-speaking
Experience with Medi-Cal documentation, DMH billing, and CalAIM ECM enrollment
Training in trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and CBT
