About the Role
Supervise AltaMed's behavioral health therapist team across multiple clinics, providing clinical oversight for BHI-integrated services, CalAIM ECM behavioral health components, and BBS-required supervision hours.
Requirements
LCSW with California license; BBS supervisor registration required
3+ years post-licensure BH clinical experience in FQHC or community mental health
Familiarity with integrated primary care BH model and co-located therapy services
Bilingual Spanish/English required; experience with Medi-Cal BH documentation
