About the Role
Lead AltaMed's clinical quality program, driving HEDIS performance, UDS reporting, and FQHC Look-Alike compliance across all clinic sites while implementing value-based care strategies under CalAIM.
Requirements
MD/DO with California license; board certification required
5+ years FQHC quality improvement or population health experience
Proficiency with HEDIS measure specifications, UDS clinical data submission, and OCHIN Epic reporting
Experience with HRSA Health Center Program Compliance Manual and quality benchmarks
