About the Role
Manage Medi-Cal and Medicare enrollment and eligibility verification for AltaMed PACE participants, coordinating dual-eligible enrollment, disenrollment, and ongoing eligibility maintenance with DHCS and CMS.
Requirements
1+ year experience with Medi-Cal eligibility systems (Medi-Cal Online or MEDS) required
Bilingual Spanish/English required for PACE participant enrollment support
Knowledge of Medicare Part A/B, Medi-Cal PACE capitation, and dual-eligible enrollment processes
Excellent attention to detail; experience with regulatory enrollment deadlines preferred
