About the Role
Plan and implement therapeutic recreational and social activities for AltaMed PACE day center participants, designing culturally appropriate programming for Spanish-speaking frail elderly members to support cognitive engagement and social wellness.
Requirements
Activity Director Certified (ADC) or CTRS credential preferred; 1+ year working with elderly population
Bilingual Spanish/English required for participant engagement and programming
Creativity in designing culturally appropriate activities for Latino elderly community
CMS PACE activity programming compliance knowledge preferred
