About the Role
Integrated BH clinician at Borrego Health East County. El Cajon has one of the largest Somali and Iraqi communities in the US — refugee trauma, torture survivor care, and intergenerational displacement are core clinical areas.
Requirements
LCSW or MFT license in California required
Arabic or Somali language skills strongly preferred — rare and critically needed
Refugee mental health, torture survivor care, or trauma-informed care experience required
Integrated behavioral health or FQHC experience preferred
Cultural humility with Somali, Iraqi, and Afghan communities essential
