Direct operations for CHCCC's PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program in Santa Maria. Oversee day-to-day operations, staff management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement for this comprehensive elder care program.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field; Master's preferred
3+ years PACE or senior services program management experience
Knowledge of CMS PACE regulations and compliance requirements
