Requirements
FNP license in California required
Spanish fluency required; indigenous language (Mixtec or Zapotec) highly valued
NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — maximum award potential
Agricultural worker health, occupational medicine, or migrant health experience a strong plus
Tolerance for extreme desert heat — clinics serve field workers in 110°F summer temperatures
