CHW at CMC connecting San Joaquin Valley farmworker and immigrant families to primary care, WIC, and ECM services. Organization founded as the Agricultural Workers Health Project — deep roots in Central Valley farmworker community.
Requirements
CHW certification or 2+ years agricultural community outreach
Spanish fluency required; indigenous language (Mixtec) a plus
Valid CA driver's license — field travel in San Joaquin County
Farmworker lived experience highly valued
Knowledge of Central Valley social services and Medi-Cal
