About the Role
Provide family medicine primary care for Clinica Sierra Vista's Kern County patient population, including a large farmworker and agricultural worker community with complex chronic disease burden and predominantly Medi-Cal coverage.
Requirements
MD/DO with California license; board certification in Family Medicine required
FQHC or safety-net primary care experience; bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
NHSC loan repayment eligible — CSV is HPSA designated in Kern County
Familiarity with HEDIS, UDS quality measures, and Medi-Cal value-based care
