Requirements
CHW certification or 2+ years HIV prevention or LGBTQ+ community outreach
Spanish fluency required — Eastern Coachella Valley is predominantly Spanish-speaking
LGBTQ+ affirming and culturally responsive approach required
HIV testing, PrEP navigation, or Ryan White program experience a plus
Valid CA driver's license for Coachella Valley field-based outreach
