Requirements
CHW certification or equivalent case management experience
Multilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, Cantonese) a significant asset
Familiarity with Alameda County benefits and social service resources
Comfort working with low-income, immigrant, and unhoused families
Child welfare and family systems knowledge preferred
