About the Role
Support the Clinic Director at FHCSD's Grossmont Spring Valley site, managing clinical staff scheduling, quality improvement initiatives, and FQHC operational compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field required
3+ years supervisory experience in a community health or FQHC environment
Familiarity with HEDIS, UDS reporting, and HRSA compliance requirements
Experience with OCHIN Epic or comparable EHR strongly preferred
