About the Role
Greet and check in patients, verify insurance eligibility, collect copays, and schedule follow-up appointments at FHCSD's Logan Heights clinic, the heart of San Diego's safety-net system.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; medical receptionist experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English required — majority Spanish-speaking patient community
Knowledge of Medi-Cal eligibility, sliding fee scale, and Covered California enrollment
OCHIN Epic scheduling and registration experience preferred
