About the Role
Lead nursing operations at an FHCSD primary care clinic site, supervising RNs, LVNs, and MAs, managing clinical workflows, ensuring nursing quality standards, and supporting HEDIS quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
RN with California license; BSN required, MSN preferred; 3+ years nursing leadership in community health or FQHC
Experience supervising clinical staff, managing care coordination workflows, and HEDIS quality measures
Familiarity with OCHIN Epic nursing workflows and quality reporting
Strong leadership presence; ability to manage multi-disciplinary clinical team
