About the Role
CHW at Health Alliance NorCal serving Tehama and Trinity County's rural communities — disaster-displaced residents from Camp Fire/Paradise, agricultural workers, and unhoused individuals in Redding corridor.
Requirements
CHW certification or 2+ years rural community health outreach
Post-disaster community experience — Camp Fire survivor population a plus
Valid CA driver's license for extensive rural travel in Tehama/Trinity Counties
Knowledge of NorCal rural social services and Medi-Cal
