CHW for Hurtt's mobile health outreach program — serving OC's unhoused communities at shelters, encampments, and transitional housing across Tustin, Anaheim, and Santa Ana. Faith-based, harm-reduction approach.
Requirements
CHW certification or 2+ years unhoused/HCH outreach
Spanish language skills preferred — significant Latino unhoused community in OC
Comfort with faith-based organizational environment
Valid CA driver's license — mobile clinic travel across OC required
Harm-reduction, trauma-informed care with recovery populations required
