LA Christian Health Centers is a faith-based FQHC serving 12,000+ unhoused and patients with limited access to care across 4 LA sites — Downtown LA, Skid Row, Hollywood, and Compton. NHSC eligible. HCH-focused NP role.
Requirements
FNP license in California required
HCH, Skid Row, or street medicine experience preferred
Spanish language skills preferred — significant Spanish-speaking unhoused population in LA
Comfort with faith-based organizational culture required
