About the Role
Join La Clinica's primary care team as an NP or PA, managing an independent patient panel across East Bay clinic sites with full prescribing authority and collaborative physician support in a high-functioning FQHC model.
Requirements
California NP license with prescribing authority or PA-C license
Primary care or community health clinical experience preferred; new graduates considered
NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — La Clinica sites qualify as HPSA-designated
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; OCHIN Epic experience a plus
