About the Role
Oversee La Clinica's behavioral health program across all East Bay clinic sites, managing a team of clinicians, driving integration with primary care, ensuring CalAIM billing compliance, and expanding BH capacity to meet growing community need.
Requirements
LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC with full California licensure required
3+ years program management or supervisory experience in community behavioral health
Strong knowledge of Medi-Cal BH billing, CalAIM, and integrated care models
Experience with OCHIN Epic behavioral health workflows preferred
