About the Role
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to La Clinica's integrated behavioral health clinicians across East Bay sites, conducting weekly supervision sessions, chart reviews, quality audits, and supporting BH staff professional development.
Requirements
LCSW or LMFT with full California licensure required; BBS approval to supervise associates required
2+ years clinical supervision experience in community mental health or FQHC setting
Experience with CalAIM documentation standards, ECM BH integration, and Medi-Cal billing
OCHIN Epic experience preferred; strong organizational and communication skills required
