About the Role
Support facilities operations for La Clinica's 30+ East Bay clinic sites, coordinating preventive maintenance, managing vendor relationships, overseeing safety compliance, and supporting clinic build-outs and lease negotiations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or related field; CFM certification preferred
3+ years facilities management experience; healthcare or multi-site clinic facilities experience preferred
Knowledge of OSHA, Joint Commission environmental standards, and healthcare facility compliance
Strong vendor management, project coordination, and problem-solving skills
