CHW at the LA LGBT Center focused on HIV prevention outreach to Spanish-speaking LGBTQ+ communities in LA. PrEP navigation, HIV testing linkage, and connection to the Center's comprehensive services.
Requirements
CHW certification or 2+ years HIV prevention or LGBTQ+ community outreach
Spanish fluency required — Spanish-speaking LGBTQ+ community is a priority population
LGBTQ+ affirming outreach approach required — personal LGBTQ+ identity preferred
HIV testing, PrEP navigation, or harm reduction experience a plus
Knowledge of LA LGBTQ+ community resources and services
