About the Role
Lead Open Door's medical coding team, ensuring accurate ICD-10/CPT coding across primary care, dental, and behavioral health encounters to maximize PPS reimbursement and minimize audit risk.
Requirements
CPC, CCS, or RHIA credential required
3+ years of medical coding management in FQHC, hospital, or large clinic setting
Deep knowledge of FQHC PPS coding requirements (qualifying visits, sliding-fee, bundled services)
Experience with OCHIN Epic coding workflows strongly preferred
