About the Role
Deliver clinical nursing support at Open Door's McKinleyville clinic, assisting physicians and NPs with patient triage, medication administration, chronic disease management, and care coordination for Northern Humboldt County.
Requirements
Current California LVN license required
1+ year LVN experience in ambulatory, primary care, or community health setting preferred
OCHIN Epic experience preferred; training provided for qualified candidates
Commitment to rural community health and serving under-resourced North Coast populations
