About the Role
Float across Open Door's Southern Humboldt County sites (Fortuna, Ferndale, Garberville) providing clinical nursing coverage and filling scheduling gaps in primary care, OB, and urgent care.
Requirements
Current California RN license required; ADN accepted, BSN preferred
2+ years nursing experience across multiple specialties preferred; float pool experience a strong plus
Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle for inter-site travel in Southern Humboldt County
Adaptability, strong clinical skills, and comfort with rural multi-site FQHC workflows
