About the Role
Practice full-scope primary care at Open Door's Eureka Community Health Center (ECHC), serving Humboldt County's most medically complex populations including individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders, and serious mental illness.
Requirements
MD or DO with current California license; Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred
Experience with Homeless Health, SUD/MAT (buprenorphine waiver valued), or complex care preferred
NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — ECHC qualifies at maximum HPSA priority
Commitment to serving Humboldt County's most vulnerable populations; OCHIN Epic experience preferred
