About the Role
Provide medical nutrition therapy and dietary counseling for Open Door's Humboldt County patient panels, managing chronic disease nutrition programs including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, prenatal nutrition, and pediatric growth.
Requirements
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required; California licensure as needed
Medical nutrition therapy (MNT) experience in primary care, FQHC, or community health preferred
Experience with Medi-Cal MNT billing and CalAIM Community Supports nutrition services preferred
OCHIN Epic nutrition module experience preferred; bilingual Spanish/English a plus
