About the Role
Perform instrument decontamination, sterilization, and processing for Open Door's Eureka medical clinics, ensuring all surgical and clinical instruments meet OSHA and infection control standards for a high-volume rural FQHC.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; CRCST (Central Service Technician) certification preferred
Experience with autoclave operation, chemical sterilization, and medical instrument reprocessing
Knowledge of OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards and infection control protocols
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced rural clinic environment
