About the Role
Manage ODCHC's ACO program operations, coordinating quality improvement initiatives and value-based care contracts across rural North Coast communities. Reports to administrative leadership at Arcata campus.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field
3+ years experience in ACO, value-based care, or population health management
Strong data analysis and quality improvement skills
Experience with HEDIS measures and quality reporting
