About the Role
Lead revenue cycle operations across PHC's 20 sites, overseeing billing, coding, collections, and payer contracts. Critical role ensuring financial sustainability for a 41,000-patient FQHC during the Medicaid funding crisis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or related field; Master's preferred
5+ years revenue cycle management experience, preferably in FQHC/CHC setting
Deep knowledge of PPS, Medi-Cal, Medicare, and 340B billing
Experience with OCHIN Epic or similar EHR billing modules
