Requirements
CHW certification or 2+ years Urban Indian or Indigenous community outreach
Native American identity strongly preferred
Knowledge of Sacramento Native American community, IHS benefits, and Medi-Cal
Valid CA driver's license
Respect for diverse tribal nations represented in Sacramento's Urban Indian community
