Requirements
CHW certification or 2+ years agricultural community outreach
Spanish fluency required; indigenous language (Mixtec) a plus
Valid CA driver's license for field travel in Kern County
Farmworker lived experience highly valued
Knowledge of Kern County social services, Medi-Cal, and OSHA heat illness regulations
