About the Role
Provide integrated behavioral health services within St. John's primary care setting, delivering brief therapy, crisis intervention, and BH care coordination for South LA adults managing mental health and substance use challenges.
Requirements
LCSW with California license; integrated care or FQHC behavioral health experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred for South LA patient population
Familiarity with collaborative care model, warm handoffs, and BHI documentation in OCHIN Epic
Experience with Medi-Cal BH billing, CalAIM BH integration, and co-occurring disorders
