About the Role
Conduct Medi-Cal outreach and enrollment assistance in South LA communities, helping uninsured residents access health coverage and connecting new patients to St. John's sliding fee scale primary care services.
Requirements
Bilingual Spanish/English required; Certified Application Assister (CAA) or willingness to obtain
Medi-Cal and Covered California eligibility knowledge; 1+ year enrollment or outreach experience
Comfort with community outreach in diverse, low-income South LA neighborhoods
OCHIN Epic registration experience a plus; strong interpersonal and communication skills
